Delivery Information

FREE delivery on purchases of £250 (including VAT) or above.

For orders of less than £250 the delivery charge will be applied when placing your order and will be displayed as an additional cost in your shopping cart.

We will ring you within 2-3 working days of your order being received to agree a mutually convenient delivery date, normally within 10 working days.

All of our products will be delivered between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

You will need to ensure that a responsible adult is available to accept delivery of your goods which will need to be signed for to confirm receipt in accordance with our Terms of Trade.

We recommend you only arrange for trades people to carry out work on your behalf after your order has actually been delivered from us.
